The International Conference on Civil Engineering & Technology 2023, held on December 14, 2023, at Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Library, UniMAP Perlis, featured both in-person and online participation, attracting attendees from around the world. Organized by CENVIRON, in collaboration with the Centre of Excellence Water Research and Environmental Sustainability Growth (WAREG) and the Faculty of Civil Engineering & Technology, Universiti Malaysia Perlis, the conference focused on emerging trends and technologies in civil engineering. The event aimed to facilitate meaningful debate and networking among professionals, with all accepted papers published in the IOP Conference Series Earth and Environmental Science, under Infrastructure and Sustainability.
