All participants are required to officially register and pay the registration fees. One paid registration allows for one person to attend and present the respective submitted paper/papers. Papers without a registered and paid author or co-author will not be submitted for publication. Registration and submission of the Full Paper must be done electronically through the online submission system.

Participants who wish to retract their submitted paper before November 15th will be charged a 15% processing fee. The conference fee is non-refundable for any retraction from November 15th onwards.
